Stephanie’s professional experience spans both the private and state enterprise sectors - locally and regionally and includes thirty (30) years in Human Resources and Industrial Relations with specific experience in collective bargaining, policy development, organisational restructuring along with employer representations at the Ministry of Labour conciliations and Industrial Court
A past Member and Vice-Chairman of Trinidad and Tobago’s Minimum Wages Board, Stephanie is a key employer representative at national labour consultations and contributor to labour legislation and policy development.
Stephanie is a Graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI) – St. Augustine, Trinidad.  She also holds a certificate in Advanced Mediation from the University of Windsor and a Human Resources Director’s certificate from the Industrial Relations School of Cornell University (IRSC).
She currently provides Industrial Relations consultancy services to members of the Employers’ Consultative Association (the ECA) and serves as the Association’s Interim - Chief Executive Officer.
